We at Bless4Happy are incredibly passionate about creating beautiful, high-quality handmade fashion accessories that bring you joy.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love your Bless4Happy treasures for years to come.
We initially offered a 7-days warranty, but we listened to your feedback that 7 days might not seem like a long time to assess a handcrafted piece.
That's why we've doubled our warranty period to 14 days!

What Covered by Our Bless4Happy Warranty?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or craftsmanship issues that may arise within 14 days of purchase.
This includes:
- Damage Upon Opening:
While we use high-quality packaging and trusted delivery partners to minimise damage, we understand that occasional mishaps can occur during shipping
If you discover any damage to the product upon opening your parcel, please inform us immediately. - Hardware Breakage:
Breakage of clasps, chains, or other hardware components. - Metal Discolouration:
Large area discolouration or tarnishing of the metal beyond normal wear and tear (excluding damage upon opening). - Finish/Embellishment Issues: Obviously fading or peeling of finishes or embellishments.
- Missing/Loose Elements: Missing or loose stones or other decorative elements (excluding intentional design features).
Normal Wear and Tear:
In the rare case that a handcrafted item breaks during normal wear:
- Gather Broken Pieces:
Please gather all the broken pieces and any original packaging materials, if possible. This will help us assess the damage and determine the best course of action. - Missing Parts : Please note: If a missing part is essential for repair and cannot be located, we may need to charge a fee for the replacement part.

Incorrect Size:
Choosing the perfect size, especially for gifts, can be tricky!
We understand this and to ensure a smooth experience, we offer a one-time size exchange for orders where the customer accidentally selected the wrong size due to hygiene reasons.
However, to be fair to all customers, this exchange is limited to a single instance per order.
To avoid size discrepancies, we recommend:
- Referring to our size guide before placing your order.
- Contacting us for assistance if you have any sizing questions.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanging an item due to a size discrepancy.

What's Not Covered by Our Bless4Happy Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or care: This includes exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, excessive force.
- Mishandling: This includes dropping, snagging, yanking, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear: This includes scratches, dents, or minor discoloration due to everyday use.
- Loss or theft of the product.
Sadly, if your treasure goes missing, our warranty can't help with that. - Damage caused by repairs or modifications not performed by Bless4Happy.
While we love creativity, repairs or modifications done outside our Bless4Happy studio aren't covered by the warranty. - Natural Material Variations and Color Differences:
Bless4Happy uses natural materials like stone, which may cause slight variations in texture and color compared to product photos. These variations are inherent to natural materials and are not considered damage. Slight color variations may also occur due to differences in device displays and lighting during photoshoots. These slight variations are normal and are not covered by our warranty.

What's Not Covered by Our Bless4Happy Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction with Color/Design: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, not changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the chosen colour or design after an order is placed and completed.
- Slight Variations in Measurements (+/- 2cm)
We know how important it is to find the perfect fit!
Please note: Since our creations are handcrafted with love, there might be slight variations in measurements (up to ±2cm) compared to what's listed.
This is because even the most careful measuring tools can sometimes introduce minor differences.
Here's an example: If we measure something at 15.75cm, we'll round it up to 16cm to ensure clear sizing information. - Minor Imperfections: This may include inconspicuous scratches, slight crookedness, or minor markings, inherent to the handmade nature of the product.

- Refund: You may choose to receive a full refund for the purchase price of the damaged product, excluding any original shipping fees.
