1. Track My Parcel: 🐾

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
  • You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your parcel on the courier's website.
  • If you have any issues tracking your parcel, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Processing Time : 🕰️

Due to our products being handmade, please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to process & dispatch your order. 

3. Special Seasons : 🎄

During peak seasons like Christmas, New Year, and CNY, order fulfilment may take longer. We will still strive to ship your order as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Time : ⏱️

  • Delivery occurs Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays). Please note that delivery times begin from the dispatch date.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot amend addresses after your order number is generated.

5. Change of Address : 🏡

  • However, you can contact our customer service within one hour of placing your order for assistance with incorrect shipping addresses.
  • If the address change incurs additional shipping fees, you will need to cover the cost.

6. Shipping Partners : 🚚

Our partners include DHL eCommerce, J&T, POS Laju, Flash Express, and City Link. More courier services are coming soon to expand our coverage.

7. Courier Service Selection :

We typically choose the most suitable courier service for your order. If you have a preference, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. P.O. Box Deliveries : 📍

Unfortunately, at this moment we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

9. University/College Deliveries : 🎓

For university/college campuses, parcels may only be delivered to the administration office or mailroom.

10. Undelivered Parcels : 🚫

  • If your parcel is returned due to being undeliverable, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address.
  • We will resend the parcel to the new address, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • We can only re-post orders once. If you choose to cancel the order after it's returned, we cannot refund shipping costs. A handling & processing fee will be deducted from any refunded amount (e.g., online banking, credit card, PayPal).

11. Customs and Duties : 🛃

  • Customs duties, value-added surcharges, and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in shipping rates.
  • In rare cases, international orders may incur duties or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
